## Key Responsibilities
### Packaging & Product Design
• Design packaging for products including boxes, labels, wrappers, pouches, gift hampers, and promotional kits.
• Create innovative packaging concepts aligned with brand identity and market trends.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper dielines, bleeds, color profiles, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure accurate execution and quality output.
• Maintain consistency across all packaging and product-related designs.
### Branding & Identity Design
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual assets.
• Create branding materials for campaigns, product launches, festive collections, and promotions.
• Ensure consistency of brand communication across all touchpoints.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas to strengthen and enhance brand identity.
### Marketing & Print Collateral
• Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, standees, danglers, and other promotional materials.
• Create retail branding, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale marketing materials.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready files for printing.
### Social Media & Digital Creatives
• Design engaging social media posts, stories, reel covers, ad creatives, and campaign visuals.
• Create content for festivals, promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
• Stay updated with current design trends and platform-specific best practices.
### Concept Development & Team Collaboration
• Understand design briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
• Create mood boards, mockups, and creative presentations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Incorporate feedback effectively and deliver projects within deadlines.
### Production & Quality Control
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production.
• Ensure proper color management (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) and technical accuracy.
• Review proofs and coordinate with production teams for final approvals.

• Experience in FMCG, food, sweets, gifting, retail, luxury, or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of printing techniques such as foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and special finishes.
• Experience creating packaging mockups and product visualizations.
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or motion graphics is an added advantage.
