The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates ideas and messages effectively. This role involves conceptualizing and producing engaging designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet marketing and business objectives.
Develop and design creative visual assets for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and target audiences.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs in alignment with brand guidelines.
Create illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics as needed.
Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Work with vendors or printers when necessary to ensure proper production of materials.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
Ability to take creative direction and work independently or collaboratively.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and professional design work.
Experience with video editing or animation.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
Familiarity with digital marketing and socialmedia content creation.
