The Graphic Designer is creative and detail-oriented, who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals. He/She is responsible for social media creatives, product designs, packaging layouts, and branding, and should be able to understand brand guidelines and deliver innovative designs that enhance market presence and customer engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Design and develop high-quality graphics for social media posts, reels, stories, banners, ads, and campaigns.
Create innovative and market-ready product labels, packaging designs, and branding collaterals.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to translate concepts into final visual outputs.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creatives and platforms.
Prepare final print-ready files, dielines, and artworks as per packaging requirements.
Adapt, revise, and improve designs based on project feedback and emerging trends.
Maintain an organized design library and ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
Key Skills & Competencies Required :
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva etc.
Strong understanding of Packaging layout & mockups, Social media design standards & Color theory, typography & branding.
Creativity with attention to detail.
Ability to think visually and communicate ideas clearly.
Strong sense of aesthetics and current design trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
