Graphic Designer | Full-Time

Make My Social Media is looking for a creative, skilled and responsible Graphic Designer who can create high-quality designs for different brands and social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands design trends, pays attention to details, meets deadlines and is comfortable working with AI tools.

Job Details

• Position: Graphic Designer

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year Required

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)

• Job Location: Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi

• Work Mode: Work From Office

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Personal Laptop: Mandatory

Basic video editing knowledge is required, but graphic design will be the primary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Work

You will be responsible for creating:

• Social Media Posts

• Carousel Designs

• Meta & Google Ad Creatives

• Brochures, Flyers & Posters

• YouTube Thumbnails & Cover Images

• Instagram Stories & Highlight Covers

• Reel Covers

• Branding & Promotional Designs

• Other Graphic Design Work as Required

2. Basic Video Editing

• Edit basic Instagram Reels, Stories and short videos.

• Add text, music, transitions and simple effects.

• Resize videos for different social media platforms.

• Make basic video changes whenever required.

3. Design Research & Creativity

• Research design references from Pinterest, Instagram, competitor pages and industry trends.

• Create fresh and creative design ideas for different brands.

• Recreate designs based on shared references and requirements.

• Follow client brand guidelines, colours, fonts and themes accurately.

• Stay updated with new design trends, software features and AI tools.

• Suggest creative improvements whenever possible.

4. Quality & Deadline Management

• Complete assigned designs within deadlines.

• Handle feedback and multiple revisions patiently.

• Maintain high-quality and professional designs.

• Check spelling, alignment, spacing, colours and overall design quality before submission.

• Create different design variations whenever required.

• Maintain consistent branding across all designs.

• Deliver final designs in required formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF and editable source files.

• Organise design files and folders properly.

• Manage multiple client projects and prioritise work accordingly.

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, carousels and ad creatives.

• Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts and visual balance.

• Ability to create clean, premium and professional designs.

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube design sizes.

• Ability to understand design briefs in English and Hindi.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• Positive attitude towards feedback and revisions.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn new software, AI tools and design techniques.

• Ability to manage designs for different industries and brands.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
