Job Description - Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Department: Studio

Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad

Reports To: Head – Regulatory

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality product artworks and product promotional material that support the company's marketing, branding, medical education, and corporate communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating print and digital designs while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and company brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design product artworks

· Design product promotional materials such as product brochures, visual aids, leave-behinds, flyers, posters, and product packaging.

· Create digital marketing assets including social media creatives, emailers, website banners, and presentation templates.

· Develop artwork for product launches, medical conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.

· Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and external agencies for printing.

· Edit and redesign artworks, images, illustrations, and infographics for promotional and educational content.

· Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets.

· Stay updated with design trends, software, and pharmaceutical marketing practices.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry. Freshers with an excellent design portfolio may also be considered.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools will be an added edge.

Required Skills:

· Creativity and Innovation

· Understanding of print production, colour management, and pre-press processes.

· Experience with digital and social media design.

· Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and time management.

· Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Preferred Skills

· Experience in pharmaceutical promotional material design.

· Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).

· Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma is an added advantage.
