Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager who can manage end-to-end social media activities while designing high-quality marketing creatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design tools, social media strategy, content planning, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Plan and execute monthly and weekly content calendars

• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution

• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and content formats

2. Graphic Designing

• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, flyers, and promotional materials

• Create visuals for reels, thumbnails, stories, ads, and marketing campaigns

• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives

• Edit images and enhance visuals with attractive layouts

• Perform basic video editing and motion graphics (preferred)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (Preferred)

• Understanding of branding, typography, and creative design principles

• Good knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy

• Experience in creating reels, posts, and story designs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in Graphic Designing / Multimedia / Marketing / Mass Communication or a related field (Preferred)

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
