We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of graphic design is mandatory. The candidate must have working knowledge of CorelDRAW and basic graphic design skills to create and edit promotional materials, signage, certificates, invitations, and other visual content as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
Assist with filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
Support various departments with administrative and clerical duties.
Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Create, edit, and format basic graphic designs using CorelDRAW for promotional materials.
