About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing for digital marketing, branding, and real estate promotions. You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and attract our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for social media, websites, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.

• Create eye-catching creatives, reels, and ad visuals for real estate projects and campaigns.

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver designs that meet strategic goals.

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

• Adapt designs for various platforms and formats (Meta Ads, Instagram posts, stories, Google Ads, etc.).

• Stay up to date with design trends, real estate marketing styles, and digital advertising aesthetics.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and branding.

• Experience in designing for social media campaigns and paid ads.

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
