Position Summary
The Head of Brand Marketing will serve as the custodian of Brand Infinium, responsible for driving brand strategy, branding and marketing of new and existing projects, developing new lead generation channels and sources, leading the marketing team, and overseeing corporate communication efforts. This leader will be pivotal in shaping Infinium’s recognition and reputation as the firm enters new markets and ventures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Visual Communication
Develop creative designs for marketing and branding materials including brochures, flyers, hoardings, posters, social media creatives, presentations, and digital advertisements.
Create visually compelling concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all creative outputs.
2. Brand Consistency & Asset Management
Maintain and strengthen Infinium Developers’ visual identity across all communication channels.
Ensure consistent use of brand elements such as logos, colors, typography, and layouts.
Update and manage design templates and creative assets as required.
3. Project & Campaign Support
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to support campaign and project launch requirements.
Design creatives for new residential and commercial project launches and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies for final outputs.
4. Team Coordination & Review
Guide and support junior designers or creative team members, where applicable.
Review and finalize design outputs to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, construction, or marketing-driven industries.
Experience in handling branding, marketing creatives, and campaign-based design work.
Prior experience in a senior designer or assistant manager-level role is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and color theory.
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
