Job Title: Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who understands social media

trends, ad creatives, and AI-assisted design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design high-converting social media creatives (Carousels, Static Ads, Banners)

 Create ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns

 Design brochures, pitch decks, and branding materials

 Collaborate with SEO & Content team for campaign creatives

 Follow latest design trends and competitor analysis

 Maintain brand consistency

Required Tools & Skills:

 Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

 Canva (Pro level understanding)

 Figma (basic to intermediate)

 AI tools: Midjourney / Leonardo AI / Canva AI / ChatGPT (for creative ideas)

 Understanding of CTR-focused ad design

 Knowledge of thumbnail psychology & hook design

Performance Expectation:

 Creatives should focus on engagement & conversion

 Ability to create 10–15 creatives per week

 Strong understanding of Reels & Carousel trends
