Job description:

• Design website banners, hero images, landing-page graphics, thumbnails, product
visuals, and promotional creatives.
• Create fresh and engaging designs aligned with the startup’s brand identity and
business goals.
• Ensure quick turnaround for urgent and time-sensitive design requirements.
• Work closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and Founders to understand
requirements and deliver creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across website, social media, e-mailers, ads, and other
digital platforms.
• Convert concepts, briefs, and content into visually appealing creatives with minimal
supervision.
• Optimize images for website performance, size, dimensions, and responsiveness
without compromising quality.
• Handle multiple design requirements simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on
business urgency.
• Take ownership of designs from concept to final execution, including revisions.
• Develop campaign creatives for product launches, offers, events, blogs, seasonal
campaigns, and promotions.
• Suggest new creative ideas, layouts, visual styles, and design improvements rather
than only executing briefs.
• Stay updated with latest web-design and digital-creative trends and competitor
designs.
• Maintain an organized design library, source files, templates, and brand assets.
• Ensure accuracy in text, dimensions, alignment, colors, and visual elements before
final delivery.
• Work in a fast-paced, changing startup environment and adapt quickly to new
requirements.
• Proactively identify design requirements and contribute ideas that can improve
website engagement and user experience.
• Coordinate with developers when required to ensure designs are implemented
correctly on the website.
• Maintain a high-quality output with minimum revisions and errors.

Required Software / Tools
• Adobe Photoshop – Website banners, image editing, photo manipulation,
digital creatives.
• Adobe Illustrator – Icons, illustrations, vector graphics, logos, and brand assets.
• Figma – Website visuals, UI mockups, layouts, design collaboration, and developer
handoff.
• Canva – Quick-turnaround social media, marketing, and promotional creatives.
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects – Basic video, GIF, motion graphics, and
animated website creatives (preferred, not mandatory).
• Google Drive / Dropbox – Managing and sharing design assets and source files.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS – Not necessarily coding, but understanding how
designs translate to websites is useful.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
