Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can independently create high-quality visual and video content for digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns. This role requires hands-on execution ability — not just conceptual knowledge. The candidate must be production-ready from day one. This is not an entry-level learning role. It requires proven professional execution experience.
Core Responsibilities
Design marketing creatives for social media, ads, brochures, banners, and brand campaigns
Create visual brand assets aligned with company identity and campaign goals
Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms
Produce motion graphics and animated visual elements
Develop product promos, explainer videos, and campaign videos
Maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials
Work closely with marketing and content teams for campaign execution
Deliver creatives within tight turnaround timelines
Optimize creatives for platform formats (Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads, etc.)
Required Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of hands-on professional experience in graphic design and video editing
Strong working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Strong working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Practical experience in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to convert raw briefs into finished production-quality creatives
Portfolio demonstrating real client or company work (mandatory)
Preferred Profile
Experience creating ad creatives and performance marketing visuals
Experience with product marketing or automotive/EV brands (preferred, not required)
Fast execution speed without compromising quality
Self-managed and deadline-driven
Comfortable handling multiple creative formats simultaneously
