We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Desi Tea Time Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, layouts and visual content for digital platforms

• Creating Shot videos/ Reels,

• Designing Posters and Templates for Social Media postings

• Work on website design,

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand the design/campaign objective

• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines

• Edit and revise designs based on feedback

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
