About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our Digital Marketing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for aspiring designers to gain hands-on experience in creating visual content for social media, digital advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Assist in creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and other digital campaigns.

• Develop visual concepts that align with client branding and marketing objectives.

• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing assets.

Video & Reel Support

• Assist in designing thumbnails, story creatives, and short-form content visuals.

• Support the content team with graphics for reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.

• Basic video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.

• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.

• Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices.

Creative Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

• Take feedback from senior designers and implement revisions efficiently.

• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.

• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for digital marketing and social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.

• Portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, or personal creative projects.
