Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Kestopur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing digital content, social media posts, promotional materials, and basic print collateral. This is an ideal position for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to build a career in graphic design and digital marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Design: Create engaging visual content, posts, stories, and banners for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.

• Marketing Collateral: Design promotional flyers, posters, brochures, digital ads, and email banners.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand aesthetics, color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines across all assets.

• Video & Motion Graphics (Basic): Edit basic videos, reels, or gif animations for social media platforms (bonus skill).

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute revisions based on feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field (Design/Visual Arts background preferred).

• Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers with a strong design portfolio are welcome to apply).

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva (knowledge of CorelDraw or basic video editing software like Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).

• Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple design tasks.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
