Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing (Digital) Team.by collaborating with the Sales & marketing team to conceptualize visual content strategies

Key Responsibilities

A. Video Production and Editing (Primary Focus)

• Property Tours: Lead the post-production of high-quality property videos, including cinematic walk-throughs, drone footage, and 360-degree virtual tours.

• Digital Content: Edit, colour-correct, and master video content for rapid deployment across all social media channels (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and our website.

• Branding Videos: Produce and edit professional agent profile videos, client testimonials, and internal company announcements.

• Motion Graphics: Integrate motion graphics, dynamic text overlays, and lower thirds to enhance video quality and informational value.

• Sound Design: Ensure all videos have clear audio, professional sound mixing, and licensed background music.

B. Graphic Design and Branding

• Print Collateral: Design professional, print-ready materials for listings, including brochures, feature sheets, direct mail pieces, and presentation booklets.

• Digital Assets: Create engaging graphics, templates, and advertisements for digital campaigns (email headers, social media posts, banner ads, and website elements).

• Brand Integrity: Monitor and ensure absolute consistency of the company's brand identity across all visual outputs, providing feedback on visual standards to the wider team.

• Photography: Perform high-level photo retouching, manipulation, and color correction for listing photos (interior, exterior, and agent headshots).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Video: Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Graphics: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
