Job Title: Graphic Designer cum Content Writer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Graphic Designer cum Content Writer who will be responsible for developing high-quality visual designs and compelling written content. The candidate will directly communicate with clients to understand their business model, extract relevant information, and transform it into authentic, professional pitch decks/presentation and business documents.

The role also includes preparing quotations, invoices, and proforma invoices with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Content Development

• Interact professionally with clients to understand their business, services, goals, and branding requirements.

• Gather, structure, and refine business information into clear, compelling content.

• Develop engaging and persuasive content for pitch decks/presentation, company profiles, presentations, and other business documents.

• Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand voice and corporate positioning.

2. Graphic Design & Presentation Development

• Design authentic, visually appealing, and professional pitch decks.

• Create high-quality presentations, company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials.

• Maintain consistency in typography, layout, branding, and visual identity.

• Translate complex business concepts into clear visual storytelling.

3. Business Documentation

• Prepare accurate and professional quotations.

• Generate invoices and proforma invoices as per company standards.

• Maintain organized documentation and records of client deliverables.

4. Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Adhere to brand guidelines, company policies, and client expectations.

• Ensure all documents are error-free and professionally formatted.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and content writing.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of business documentation formats (quotations, invoices, proforma invoices).

• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and understand business requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
