We’re looking for a visual thinker who understands design fundamentals and knows how to work smart with AI.

This role is for someone who can think like a designer, move like a technologist, and learn like a startup founder. Someone who sees AI not as a shortcut—but as a creative amplifier.

What You’ll Do

Think & Create

• Turn abstract ideas into strong visual concepts across brand, presentations, events, films, and digital experiences.

• Build visual systems that are clean, expressive, and purposeful—not just trendy. 

Design with AI (the smart way)

• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, explore styles, create variations, and prototype faster.

• Write prompts, experiment, iterate, and curate outputs with a designer’s eye.

• Know when AI helps—and when human judgment matters more. 

Craft Experiences

• Design for events, presentations, and brand moments—from invites and collaterals to immersive visuals.

• Elevate storytelling through layout, typography, motion, and visual rhythm. 

Collaborate & Evolve

• Work closely with content, strategy, motion, and leadership teams. 

• Actively experiment with new tools, workflows, and formats—and help evolve how design is done here. 

What We’re Looking For

Design Fundamentals (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to explain why a design works—not just how it looks.

AI-Native Mindset

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-powered creative tools

• (image generation, ideation, motion, layout, or workflow acceleration). 

• Ability to refine, elevate, and humanize AI-generated outputs. 

• Awareness of originality, ethics, and brand consistency in AI usage. 

Growth Energy

• Curious, self-driven, and excited about learning. 

• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast iteration. 

• Sees feedback as fuel—not friction. 

Tools You’ll Likely Use

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

• Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) 

• AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar 

• Whatever new tool drops next month—and the one after that 

(Tool list will evolve. Your mindset matters more.) 

Experience & Education

• 3+ years of relevant experience (flexible if your work speaks louder) 

• Degree optional. Ideas, craft, and curiosity matter more.

• A portfolio that shows thinking, experimentation, and evolution—not just polished finals.
