Role Overview
We are hiring a Graphic Designer cum Website Designer who can create impactful creatives for healthcare marketing and manage/update our website for promotions, lead generation and SEO-friendly content updates.
Key Responsibilities
A) Graphic Designing (Daily/Weekly)
1. Create marketing creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), Google ads, and WhatsApp
2. Design posters, standees, hoardings, brochures, flyers, PPTs, banners, and event creatives
3. Build patient awareness campaigns (Kidney health, dialysis, transplant support, vascular access etc.)
4. Maintain brand consistency across all designs (logo usage, fonts, colors)
5. Edit and resize creatives for multiple formats (stories, reels thumbnails, posts, banners)
B) Website Designing & Updates
1. Update website pages as per marketing requirements (new services, camps, offers, doctors, locations)
2. Handle page layout changes, banners, forms, CTA buttons, sections and basic speed optimization
3. Upload blogs/articles and manage content formatting
4. Ensure website is mobile-friendly and user-friendly
C) Marketing Support
1. Coordinate with marketing & BD team for campaign planning and creative ideas
2. Maintain creative calendar for posts and campaigns
3. Work on basic video editing / motion posts (good to have)
4. Support internal communication designs (employee posters, notices, invitations)
5. Vendor coordination
Required Skills:
1. Strong command on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
2. Website tools: WordPress / Elementor / Webflow / basic HTML (any one is fine)
3. Understanding of social media formats & digital ad creatives
4. Ability to create healthcare-friendly, clean and premium design
5. Basic understanding of UI/UX for web pages and landing pages
6. Knowledge of SEO-friendly content placement (titles, headings, internal linking) is a plus
Preferred (Good to Have)
1. Motion graphics: After Effects / Premiere Pro
2. Video editing for reels & YouTube shorts
3. Prior experience in healthcare/hospital branding
4. Understanding of Google Ads creatives & Meta campaign needs
