Job Role: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Madhapur (Work From Office)

Overview: A Junior Designer works within the creative team to produce visual content across brand, social media, and digital touchpoints for a diverse roster of clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who is visually sharp, tool-savvy, and genuinely excited about design, whether it's a polished brand deck or a quick-turnaround reel graphic.

Core Responsibilities:

Design static and animated content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms, including posts, stories, carousels, thumbnails, and Reels covers

1. Create brand presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing documents

2. Develop visual assets for campaigns, shoots, and branded content projects

3. Support the content team with quick-turnaround design needs using accessible tools

4. Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across all deliverables

5. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals

6. Assist in building templates, content kits, and design systems for ongoing client accounts.

Skills & Tools:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory)

2. Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Express, and similar accessible design platforms for quick-turnaround content

3. Working knowledge of AI design tools—Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, or similar—for concept generation, background creation, and asset enhancement

4. Basic understanding of motion graphics or After Effects (a plus)

5. Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
