• Manage and maintain e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and other online platforms.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Process orders, coordinate dispatches, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory across all online marketplaces.
• Handle customer queries, returns, cancellations, and reviews professionally.
• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, pricing updates, and product launches.
• Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain high seller performance ratings.
