Position: DTP Operator
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience and skill)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to create professional layouts, print-ready files, and academic publications for our growing educational content division. The ideal candidate must be proficient in leading DTP tools and capable of fast and accurate Bengali and English typing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format:

  • Books, solved papers, practice sets, and educational material

  • Diagrams, charts, tables, and academic illustrations

  • Brochures, advertising pages, and other print artwork

• Prepare accurate and professional print-ready output

• Maintain consistency in alignment, fonts, spacing, and layout rules

• Work closely with editors, designers, and production teams

• Deliver quality output within deadlines

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in:

  • PageMaker

  • STM Bengali Typing

  • CorelDRAW

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe Photoshop

• Typing speed minimum 60 WPM

• Strong understanding of pagination, layout design, and print standards

Educational Preference

• Candidates with Science background preferred

• Must be able to read, type, and work fluently in Bengali and English

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in publishing, printing, or textbook layout

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure during deadlines
