About the Role

SRK Jewelry is looking for an experienced WordPress & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our WooCommerce jewellery website and run performance-focused digital advertising campaigns.

We need a practical, result-oriented candidate who can independently manage website operations, optimize product pages, run Meta and Google Ads, track conversions, and work towards improving online sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. WordPress & WooCommerce Website Management

• Manage and maintain our WordPress WooCommerce website.

• Upload and update jewellery products, including titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories, and product attributes.

• Use Elementor to edit and improve website pages.

• Troubleshoot basic website, plugin, checkout, and product display issues.

• Monitor website speed, mobile usability, and customer shopping experience.

• Coordinate website backups, updates, and basic technical maintenance.

2. Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram

• Create, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns for jewellery products.

• Set up suitable audiences, campaign objectives, budgets, and retargeting.

• Test ad creatives, product images, videos, and copy.

• Monitor campaign spend, cost per result, conversions, and sales performance.

• Optimize campaigns based on performance data.

3. Google Ads

• Create and manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns where suitable.

• Work with Google Merchant Center and product feeds.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize advertising campaigns.

• Set up and verify conversion tracking, including purchase events.

• Monitor ROAS, conversion value, cost per conversion, and advertising spend.

4. SEO & Product Optimization

• Optimize WooCommerce product titles, descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, URLs, and images.

• Work with Yoast SEO or similar SEO plugins.

• Improve product pages and website visibility through relevant SEO practices.

• Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.

• Practical experience with Elementor.

• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feeds.

• Understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

• Good product listing, SEO, reporting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and identify opportunities to improve online sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must have practical experience, not just theoretical knowledge or course certificates.

• Applicants should be able to explain campaigns they have managed and demonstrate their skills through a practical assessment.

• E-commerce, jewellery, fashion, or retail advertising experience will be preferred.

Compensation
₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on practical skills and experience. Performance incentives may be discussed separately based on measurable results.
