Job Responsibility

 Oversee conceptualization of design projects

 Create execution plans for different clients and see them through to completion

 Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations

 Conceptualize visuals based on requirements generating creative ideas for clients

 Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project

 Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects

 Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work

 Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices

 Be an important part in ideation of campaigns for social media promotions to meet business goals and coordinate with client to understand business requirements

 Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work

Job Requisites

 Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

 Good knowledge in Animation, Video Editing, Voice syncing, Footage, Camera Shoot & video content for use on social media platforms

 Good command over design techniques and visual elements

 Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail

 Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment

 Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

 Experienced in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Motion Graphics

Qualification

 UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization

 PG : Any Postgraduate

Experience: 6months -1 Years of Experience/Fresher

Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 /-Month
