What you’ll do

Rules and Responsibilities:

The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing visual content for digital and print media to promote real estate projects, property listings, and brand campaigns. The role requires a creative mindset, strong design skills, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visuals that attract leads and enhance brand image.

·       Create visually appealing graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

·       Design brochures, banners, flyers, and print collaterals for real estate projects.

·       Develop digital ads, emailers, landing page visuals, and website graphics.

·       Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

·       Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaign creatives.

·       Design short video ads, reels, and motion graphics for social media campaigns

Skills Required:

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

·       Strong creative and conceptual skills with attention to detail.

·       Knowledge of social media design best practices.

·       Ability to create motion graphics and short video content.

·       Understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy.

·       Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

·       Quality, creativity, and brand consistency of visual outputs (Worked sample projects)
