About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on creative professional who enjoys working beyond a desk someone who can design, shoot, create, and also learn advanced manufacturing technology.This is a hybrid role combining graphic design, content creation, and UV flatbed printing operations, offering strong long term growth and skill development.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & DesignDesign product artwork, posters, banners, and marketing creativesEdit images for print accuracy (colors, textures, finishes)Assist in product design and customizationWork on branding visuals and packaging conceptsLearn 2d design to design and communicate designs to our operations teamPhoto & VideoConduct basic product photoshoots and video shootsEdit photos and videos for social media, website, and catalogsCreate short product demo and process videosManufacturing & Technology (Training Provided)Learn and operate UV Flatbed Printing MachinePrepare files for printing (layout, alignment, print layers)Assist in quality checks and production coordinationUnderstand materials like MDF, acrylic, wood, metal, ceramics, etc.Required Skills & QualitiesBasic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDRAW)Interest in creative work and physical production environmentsWillingness to learn new technologies and machineryAttention to detail and readiness to experimentComfortable handling multiple creative formatsPositive attitude and startup mindset
