కంప్యూటర్ డిజైనర్ (ప్రింటింగ్ ప్రెస్)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day computer and documentation work related to book publishing.

• Format, edit, and prepare manuscripts, documents, letters, reports, and other publication-related materials.

• Work on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other office applications.

• Perform basic proofreading, formatting, page layout, and document corrections as required.

• Use Canva to create and edit basic promotional creatives, book-related designs, posters, certificates, and social media content.

• Coordinate with authors through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.

• Understand authors' requirements regarding book formatting, editing, cover design, publishing, printing, and promotional materials.

• Explain the company's publishing process and coordinate with authors at different stages of the project.

• Follow up with authors for manuscripts, corrections, approvals, photographs, author details, and other required information.

• Maintain regular communication with authors and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Coordinate internally with the editing, designing, formatting, and publishing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Maintain records of author communication, project status, pending requirements, and follow-ups.

• Handle multiple author projects simultaneously and keep track of deadlines.

• Ensure that all documents and files are properly organized and updated.

• Resolve routine author queries or coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

• Perform other administrative and computer-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good knowledge of Canva.

• Strong document formatting and editing skills.

• Good typing and computer operating skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand client/author requirements clearly.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Basic understanding of books, publishing, editing, or designing will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate or equivalent.

• Experience: 0–3 years in computer operation, documentation, customer coordination, publishing, or office administration.

• Freshers with good communication skills and strong computer knowledge may also apply.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
