కంప్యూటర్ డిజైనర్ (ప్రింటింగ్ ప్రెస్)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with client briefs to create stunning invitation designs and ensure all designs are perfectly prepped and technical-ready for printing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Brief Understanding:

  • Interpret client briefs, design requirements, and brand guidelines to create high-quality, aesthetic invitation concepts and custom stationery.

  • Develop artwork for various themes, print formats, and finishes (e.g., foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, die-cutting, acrylic/laser cutting).

• Pre-Press & Print Preparation:

  • Prepare print-ready artwork files (CMYK, color separations, bleed/margin setups, crop marks, die-lines, high-resolution vector files).

  • Review all designs for typography, layout, alignment, color accuracy, resolution, and text spelling prior to printing.

  • Coordinate with internal printing teams or external vendors to ensure smooth execution and quality control of final printed outputs.

• Client & Team Collaboration:

  • Make revisions based on client or team feedback efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

  • Manage multiple invitation design projects simultaneously and adhere to project deadlines.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw

  • Thorough understanding of print design specifications (CMYK vs. RGB, DPI/PPI, vector vs. raster, bleed/trim/safe zones).

  • Experience setting up print layers/files for special finishing processes (gold/silver foil, spot UV, laser cut, embossing).

• Design Aesthetics:

  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience in invitation design, luxury packaging, event stationery, or print production is highly desirable.

• Soft Skills:

  • High attention to detail and zero tolerance for design/formatting errors.

  • Strong communication skills to understand briefs clearly and ask key clarifying questions.

  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle tight turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
