Key Responsibilities:
· Model Creation: Create 3D models of building projects using Autodesk Revit software, including architectural.
· BIM Coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts within the models and coordinate with other disciplines.
· Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry standards.
· Updates and Revisions: Manage and update Revit models as design changes occur throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Bachelors degree in architecture
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software (architectural, structural), and Navisworks.
Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
