We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeling & Visualization Designer with experience in architectural and interior design. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations for commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants and other hospitality projects. The candidate must have a strong understanding of lighting, texturing, rendering and presentation techniques while collaborating effectively with architects, designers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Create high-quality 3D models for interior and exterior architectural projects.

• Develop realistic 3D visualizations and renderings using advanced lighting, textures and materials.

• Design and visualize commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, cloud kitchens and hospitality spaces.

• Prepare presentation-quality renderings and walkthrough visuals for client approvals and project proposals.

• Apply advanced lighting, texturing, rendering and material mapping techniques for photorealistic outputs.

• Edit, enhance and post-process renderings using Adobe Photoshop.

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers and project teams to understand project requirements.

• Modify designs based on client feedback while maintaining design quality and project timelines.

• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, industry standards and company design guidelines.

• Maintain organized project files, libraries and documentation.

• Deliver assigned projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Continuously improve visualization quality by learning new tools and rendering techniques.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in 3D Modeling and Architectural Visualization.

• Experience in Interior & Exterior Design Visualization.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• Expertise in Lighting, Texturing, Materials and Rendering.

• Experience designing Commercial Kitchens, Cafés, Restaurants, Hotels, QSR or Hospitality Projects.

• Good understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans and interior design concepts.

• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and timely site visit.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Architectural & Interior 3D Visualization.

• A strong portfolio showcasing interior, exterior, commercial kitchen, café, restaurant, Hotels, QSR or hospitality projects is mandatory.
