What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, and ZBrush
• Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine asset pipelines
• Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, texturing, and PBR workflows
• Knowledge of lighting, rendering, and shading techniques
• Ability to optimize polycount and textures for real-time environments
• Understanding of AR/VR workflows (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of rigging and animation (plus)
Role & Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D models and assets for real-time applications
• Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate assets into projects
• Ensure performance optimization for AR/VR and interactive experiences
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across projects
