About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Communication Designer with strong 2D and 3D design expertise, specifically within the event management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts into compelling visual stories across event branding, stage designs, immersive installations, digital assets, and on-ground experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality 2D and 3D visualisations for event stages, sets, experiential zones,
exhibition booths, walkthroughs, and immersive environments.
• Develop branding and communication design assets, including event logos, banners,
digital invites, standees, and print collaterals.
• Interpret client briefs to develop strong creative concepts, visual styles, and mood boards.
• Work closely with event production, client servicing, and content teams to deliver
accurate and realistic renders.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines, event themes, and communication
objectives.
• Present design concepts and iterations effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage multiple projects, deliver within timelines, and maintain consistency in output
quality.
Required Skills & Expertise
Design Skills
• Strong foundation in 2D design, layout, typography, colour theory, and brand
communication.
• Advanced capability in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering for
event/exhibition setups.
• Excellent visualisation and conceptualisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to convert sketches and ideas into polished design outputs.
Software Proficiency (Must-Have)
2D & Graphic Design:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW
• Adobe InDesign
3D Design & Rendering:
• Autodesk Maya
• Blender
• 3ds Max (added advantage)
• SketchUp + V-Ray / Lumion (preferred)
Other Helpful Tools:
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (for motion graphics/video editing)
• Figma (for layout and interface workflows)
• KeyShot / Unreal Engine (for high-quality rendering—optional but valued)
