Roles & Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities

• Create creatives for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns

• Assist in UI/UX design for websites and landing pages

• Design posters, banners, brochures, and digital ads

• Maintain brand consistency across all design work

• Coordinate with marketing and development teams

Business Development Responsibilities

• Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

• Identify and connect with potential clients

• Schedule meetings and support sales conversions

• Follow up with new and existing clients

• Maintain CRM data and lead tracking reports

• Assist in proposals and client onboarding

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in sales, marketing, and client handling

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets)

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Eligibility

• Students or fresh graduates from Design, Marketing, MBA, BBA, or any discipline

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Portfolio or sample work is an added advantage

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
