About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Product Designer who can convert client ideas into manufacturable products. The ideal candidate should understand product design, develop accurate CAD models, and work closely with the production team to bring innovative concepts to life using laser cutting, CNC machining, UV printing, and 3D printing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and develop functional product concepts.

Create 2D and 3D CAD designs ready for manufacturing.

Prepare production files for laser cutting, CNC routing, and 3D printing.

Develop prototypes and refine designs based on testing and production feedback.

Collaborate with the production team to execute complex and custom products.

Design and develop jigs, fixtures, templates, and process aids for efficient manufacturing.

Ensure designs are optimized for production, material usage, and quality.

Document production processes and maintain organized design files.

Continuously learn and adopt new manufacturing technologies and design methods.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of product design and manufacturing principles.

Proficiency in CAD software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar.

Knowledge of laser cutting, CNC machining, and 3D printing workflows.

Ability to create production-ready technical drawings.

Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Experience with prototype development and digital fabrication tools is an advantage.
