2D/3D Designer

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics to conceptualize and develop visual designs for wedding décor, stationery, guest communication, and venue branding. This role demands speed, elegance in design thinking, and the ability to transform couple briefs and themes into memorable visual experiences across all wedding touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Development

• Create 2D design concepts aligned with wedding themes, moods, and décor styles

• Develop layouts for:

  • Wedding invitations & stationery suites

  • Welcome boards, signage, and wayfinding

  • Stage backdrops and décor branding elements

  • Standees, hoardings, and venue branding

  • Menu cards, table cards, hamper tags, and guest kits

  • Social media creatives and wedding announcements

  • Presentations and mood boards for client pitches

• Interpret couple briefs and translate them into elegant visual directions

• Support 3D/set designers with graphic elements integrated into spatial décor

• understanding for venue measurement and creating venue layouts.

Client & Internal Coordination

• Understand wedding themes, color palettes, and personalization requirements

• Work closely with wedding planners, décor team, and production vendors

• Incorporate client feedback swiftly within tight timelines

• Participate in creative brainstorming for unique wedding concepts

Execution Support

• Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, bleed, and resolution

• Ensure design consistency across all wedding touchpoints

• Coordinate with printers, fabricators, and vendors for flawless output

• Oversee output quality for invites, signage, and décor graphics

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong command of typography, layout, and color harmony

• Knowledge of print formats, specialty printing, and production processes

• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion invites is an advantage

Behavioral Skills

• Strong aesthetic sense suited to luxury and themed weddings

• Attention to detail and ability to work at event-industry speed

• Strong communication and openness to revisions

• Time management and multitasking ability

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in wedding design / event design / creative agency

• Strong portfolio showcasing wedding invites, stationery, and décor branding (mandatory)

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
