About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to handle end-to-end B2C sales. In this role, you will connect directly with individual customers and families, helping them design and book their dream domestic and international holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End B2C Sales: Plan, customize, and sell domestic and international holiday packages directly to retail clients and families.
• Customer Consultation: Understand client requirements, offer expert travel advice, create tailored itineraries, and close bookings.
• Himalayan Specialist: Leverage your knowledge to promote our core Himalayan destinations effectively.
• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
• Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
• Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in Gujarati or Marathi (along with Hindi/English) to comfortably communicate with our regional clients.
• Destination Knowledge: Experience selling domestic packages is required, with a strong preference for the Himalayan region.
• The Extra Edge (Big Pluses):
o Previous experience selling Bhutan and the North-East region.
o Any personal or professional travel experience within the Himalayan region.
