Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell long-haul destinations including Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, along with luxury cruises, primarily to VIP clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and design personalized itineraries.
Develop customized travel plans covering air travel, accommodation, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
Manage and maintain a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensure proper queue management and maintain accuracy in daily sales reports.
Apply strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.
Upsell Travelwings’ brand offerings and enhance the overall customer experience through personalized service.
REQUIREMENT
1-3 years of proven experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations.
Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography.
Prior experience handling GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) products.
Demonstrated experience managing luxury destinations and VIP clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Highly motivated to consistently meet sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth.
