job requirements
promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual and group customers.
understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries and destinations.
handle inquiries on phone calls, emails, and walk ins professionally and promptly
prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals based on client preferences and budgets
follow up with leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, pricing, and competitor offers.
coordinate with operation and ticketing teams
