Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory
Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, channel partners, and key accounts
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, procurement heads, and distributors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management
Execute territory-wise sales strategies, promotions, and product launches
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Ensure proper brand representation and compliance with company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B / channel / distribution sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
