Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Car Loan Telecaller to generate and convert leads for car loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

• Explain car loan products, interest rates, EMI options, and eligibility criteria.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English and regional languages are an added advantage).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Graduation preferred.

Experience

• 0–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Loan Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• Day Shift

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in car loans, personal loans, home loans, insurance, or financial product sales.

• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
