Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new leads, meet customers, explain our water softener solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.

• Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water softener solutions.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and installation process clearly.

• Conduct product demonstrations whenever required.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with the installation and service teams for smooth customer support.

• Maintain daily visit, lead, follow-up, and sales reports.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
