Process Details - Debt Collections / Recovery

Location – 133, Jodhpur Garden, Kolkata

Salary Package - ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 18,000 per month (Fixed + incentives)

Minimum Qualification - 12th Pass

Experienced Only in Collection Background.

Minimum Experience = 6 months to 1+ years

Basic English

Office Timing – 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Last Sunday Working)​

Need Telecallers having DRA Certification is a preference, without DRA also can apply.

Should be experienced in Debt collection /recovery for more than 6-12 months.

Should have basic knowledge of Computer and Excel

Should be capable to handle and customize customer calls for collection and recovery.

Job Role – To call Customer over phone for Collection of the Debt amount as per details received from Bank and NBFC. Follow up with the field team were and when required, Updating the feedback of the Customer and communication with respective managers.
