Job Summary:

IICPA Institute is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can handle student inquiries, explain our Accounting, GST, Income Tax, Tally, and Certification Courses, and convert leads into admissions. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward sales and student counseling.

Responsibilities:

• Call students and explain course details

• Handle fresh and follow-up leads

• Guide students about career opportunities in Accounting & Taxation

• Convince students for demo classes and admissions

• Maintain lead data and daily follow-up records

• Coordinate with the admission and marketing team

• Answer WhatsApp and phone inquiries professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Confidence in speaking with students and parents

• Sales or telecalling experience preferred

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience in Education Industry is an advantage
