Job Title: Tele caller / Telemarketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers using the provided database
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries
Follow up with interested customers and maintain records
Generate leads and fix appointments for sales team
Maintain call logs and daily reports
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and handle customers politely
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Working Hours:
Full-time
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)
