🔹 Key Responsibilities :-

• Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors.

  • Generate leads, manage pipeline, and achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.

• Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product applications.

  • Handle negotiations, quotations, and closing of deals.

• Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

  • Benchmark products against competitors (bearings, electrodes, steel suppliers).

  • Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.

• Operational Support

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery.

  • Ensure proper documentation (invoices, purchase orders, contracts).

  • Report weekly sales activities and market insights to management.

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Technical Knowledge → Bearings, welding consumables, steel products, railway materials.

• Sales Acumen → Lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Communication Skills → Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

• Problem-Solving → Quick resolution of client queries and technical issues.

• Networking → Strong dealer/distributor engagement in industrial zones.

🔹 Qualifications :-

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in technical/industrial sales .

• Knowledge of industrial supply chains and railway procurement processes is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
