About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to be part of our team Rathi Industries limited, one of the leading steel bar manufacturing companies in North India. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of construction, proper application of materials, and technical support at project sites.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine technical expertise with hands-on fieldwork, ensuring that every structure built is stronger, safer, and long-lasting.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct regular visits to construction sites for inspection and technical guidance.

·         Ensure the correct application and quality of steel and other materials in projects.

·         Collaborate with contractors, architects, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution.

·         Provide product demonstrations and technical training to contractors, clients, and dealers.

·         Prepare and maintain detailed site reports and monitor project progress.

·         Assist in planning timelines, material usage, and on-site quality checks.

·         Enforce safety standards and compliance with company guidelines at all sites.

·         Collect feedback from field teams and report actionable insights to management.

Required Skills & Attributes:

·         Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.

·         Analytical and problem-solving mindset for handling on-site challenges.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD/other civil engineering software (preferred).

·         Flexibility to travel frequently for site visits.

·         Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
