Technical Sales Executive

About the Role:

Buildcon Infra-Chem Technology is looking for an energetic and hands-on Technical Sales Trainee to join our field team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site concrete admixture trials and promoting our construction chemical products directly to site engineers, contractors, and batching plants. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher looking to build a career in the construction materials and chemical industry.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Site Trials & Technical Support: Travel to construction sites and ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants to conduct physical trials of concrete admixtures (WRA, PCE, etc.).

​Testing: Check slump retention, workability, and dosage efficiency on-site and report the technical data back to the R&D team.

​Field Marketing: Introduce our product range to site engineers, project managers, and procurement officers.

​Product Demonstration: Distribute company catalogs, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and product samples to prospective clients.

​Market Mapping: Identify new infrastructure projects in the assigned local territory and gather contact details for key decision-makers.

​Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with on-site staff to ensure smooth product approvals and consistent orders.

​Requirements:

​Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Sc. in Chemistry, or related field. (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

​Willingness to Travel: Must have a two-wheeler and be comfortable traveling daily to various construction and infrastructure sites.

​Hands-on Attitude: Comfortable working in a dusty, outdoor construction environment to perform physical concrete tests.

​Communication: Basic, confident communication skills in to explain technical product benefits to site staff.

​Drive: Self-motivated, eager to learn about chemical formulations, and ready to handle both technical and sales tasks.
