Salary: Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 70,000 Fixed + Incentives

Reporting To: HR Manager / Managing Director

Stature Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Field Sales Executive to represent our diverse portfolio of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales across a variety of residential formats, including premium plotted developments, modern apartments, and exclusive gated communities.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Team Lead - Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team for our Premium Villa Plots & Apartment Projects in East Bangalore. The person should be able to handle team, close high-value deals, and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, train, motivate and manage a team of 5-10 Sales Executives / Sr. Executives.

Conduct daily morning huddles, set daily site visit targets and weekly closing targets.

Provide on-the-job training for pitch, site handling, and objection handling.

Monitor team performance and daily reporting in CRM.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve individual sales targets as well as team targets for Villa Plots / Flats.

Generate revenue through direct sales and channel partner network.

Handle HNI clients, conduct project presentations and site visits.

Responsible for negotiation and closing deals.

3. Client Handling: Handle walk-in clients, channel partner clients and digital leads.

Follow up with prospects till closure and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain long-term relationship with customers for referrals.

4. Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong network of Channel Partners (CPs) in Bangalore.

Conduct CP meets, project briefing and site visits for CPs.

5. Reporting & Operations: Daily reporting to Sales Manager about leads, site visits and closures.

Maintain CRM with accurate client status and follow-ups.Ensure all documentation, booking forms and payment follow-ups are done on time.

Skills Required:

• Proven track record in Real Estate Sales (Plots / Apartments / Villas).

• Strong leadership, team handling and motivational skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of East Bangalore market.

• Proficient in CRM, Excel, and basic sales reporting.

• Must have a Two-Wheeler and be willing for field work.

• Aggressive, self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

Minimum 3+ Years Experience in Real Estate Sales, out of which 1 Year as Team Lead.
