Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential to close transactions efficiently.

Responsible for increasing Direct - Sales at a site to achieve sales targets.
Responsible for all direct & CP enquiries.
Give feedback calls to customers and ensure to update the same in the walk-in report.
Should be excellent in negotiation and closing the deals.
Do regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure.
Ensure end-to-end booking process with a collection of the initial booking amount.
