Sourcing Manager - Real Estate Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and sourcing for a premium mandate project in Thane. The role will be responsible for building a strong sourcing pipeline, generating qualified prospects, managing lead sources, and ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead sourcing and business generation for the assigned mandate project.

• Develop and manage multiple sourcing channels including open market, references, databases, digital leads, brokers/channel partners and local networks.

• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Identify potential customers through market mapping, prospecting and relationship building.

• Work closely with Relationship Managers/Closing Managers to ensure effective lead conversion.

• Track daily and weekly sourcing metrics and maintain strong pipeline visibility.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely lead movement.

• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers and local market influencers.

• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer preferences within the Thane micro-market.

• Ensure accurate and timely updating of leads, activities and pipeline in the prescribed CRM/process.

• Achieve defined monthly sourcing and revenue-support targets.

• Work closely with the Site Head and Sales Leadership to improve sourcing productivity and conversion.
